Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of family throughout home violence name

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a household that known as police during a fraught home violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order name on the night of April 21.

An unidentified particular person whose family put a domestic violence restraining order in opposition to him had allegedly violated the order and was at the household’s home, in keeping with an announcement of facts supplied by the District Attorney’s Workplace.

The daughter then asked Dominguez about her brother’s GPS monitor, which they — and Ms. S, the mom — went to retrieve collectively. After Dominguez was handed the monitor, the mom alleged that Dominguez unzipped his pants and began rubbing his crotch. The daughter also allegedly witnessed this.

Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mom a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly followed her into the kitchen.

As he circled to face Ms. S, she “saw Officer Dominguez’s penis exterior of his pants absolutely exposed,” the assertion learn.

The mom and daughter then went to find Mr. A, the daddy, they usually called an uncle who was close to the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “saw Officer Dominguez going through out of the kitchen along with his erect penis in his left hand and his proper hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the home; a couple of minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went back to work.

“The charged behavior is beyond disturbing,” District Lawyer Jeff Rosen said. “Legislation enforcement officers respond to our houses to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”

This is not the first misconduct incident throughout the previous month involving San Jose police. An officer investigating the kidnapping of 3-month-old Brandon Cuellar was allegedly drunk through the investigation, tipping off an FBI agent on the scene, KRON reported.

Dominguez is on administrative go away following the incident, the District Attorney’s Workplace said. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
