Drunk driver crashes, heads straight to dealership to attempt to promote damaged automotive with lacking tire

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Police say they arrested a driver who was 3.5 occasions the authorized alcohol limit after not less than 5 individuals called 911.

Officers say the calls started coming in round 4:40 p.m. Monday.

They say witnesses reported seeing a SUV hit the median of the Lloyd Expressway near the Primary Road exit. They are saying the crash brought about a flat tire and the automotive to smoke, but the driver kept going.

Other callers say the driver was everywhere in the highway and now lacking a entrance tire.

They are saying he ultimately stopped at a automotive dealership and appeared “super drunk.”

Workers told police the driver, 30-year-old Jordon Mattingly, was trying to promote his SUV.
