Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Near White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen car right into a concrete security barrier near the White House, the U.S. Secret Service said.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the car about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automobile slammed into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at seventeenth Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers said.

Video exhibits a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front across the street from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There have been two juveniles in the car. Each had been taken to a hospital and are actually in secure situation, officers stated. We don't know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face prices.

D.C. police are investigating.
