"You see news daily about kids getting shot and folks your age dying and it is simply incredibly unhappy and unbelievable, especially to see like youngsters youthful and kids my age," Janoff informed ABC News. "I cant think about that being me; but it is conceivable because it happens so usually."
The 17 year-old says her school's administration was in assist of the walkout and she hopes the over 200 planned demonstrations throughout the country ship a transparent message that students are a "united front."
