Uvalde police, college district now not cooperating with Texas probe of capturing: Sources

The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Unbiased College District police power are now not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's assessment of the legislation enforcement response, a number of law enforcement sources tell ABC News.
