Uvalde school police chief recognized as commander who decided not to breach classroom

Texas Department of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass taking pictures at Robb Elementary College on May 24 that left 19 youngsters and two lecturers useless.
