Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading tons of of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their residence.

The police say that phone had hundreds of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the phone he was using did not have any photographs similar to the ones Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been buddies and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they were mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his outdated phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
