Wife filled husband’s telephone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading lots of of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their dwelling.

The police say that phone had a whole bunch of photos of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to surprise why the telephone he was using didn't have any images much like those Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been buddies and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it as a result of it was not his primary cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
