Spouse crammed husband’s cellphone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole lot of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn in their house.

The police say that phone had a whole lot of images of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the cellphone he was using did not have any photographs much like those Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been buddies and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his primary telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
