A woman visiting Yellowstone National Park was gored by a bison and tossed into the air, park officials mentioned Tuesday.
The 25-year-old lady, who was visiting from Ohio, was not identified in a information release from the park.
The lady approached the female bison Monday morning after it got here near a boardwalk at Black Sand Basin, near Outdated Faithful geyser, the park mentioned.

The woman had puncture wounds and different injuries and was taken to a hospital in Idaho, the service stated. Her situation was unknown Tuesday.
